The Body Shop Ethiopian Honey Deep Nourishing Face Mask REVIEW

Hi!

In favor of this post, I have determined to share a review of yet again another of the Body's Shop products. But what is the difference from my previous review? This "commodity"(seeing as it is sourced from Ethiopia)is well-liked  within the facial range,at the time being one of their new releases, tested and "evaluated" by multiple beauty YouTubers where Body Shop have directly sent their products out for experimental, discussion,ad purposes. Despite that, NONE of the above are anything that I am doing. I am simply trialing a product for mine own personal interests as well as yours,EXCLUSIVELY. This post is not sponsored, paid, official or publicizing post for that matter at all.

Moving aside to the actual review, as before I shall start off with the smell. It smelt like a....redolent,sweet-smelling fragrance. Surprisingly, the scent was not overpowering which was exceptionally impressive.๐Ÿ˜Š I have acquainted myself with Honey-based face masks where the perfume of honey is tremendously sugary and sickening resulting in me disliking the product altogether. However, the  Body Shop's Honey Mask, has succeeded in stunning me,causing me to like the product, little by little.

In order to apply this face mask ,if wearing makeup, remove it and clean your skin as normal. Following on,smooth the honey mask onto face using the Facial Mask Brush. Leave mask on for 5-10 minutes, finishing by rinsing off with warm water. Considering I did NOT use the Facial Mask Brush, since I had no facial brush in my possession, could it have affected the outcome of the mask?

Aside from the application apparatus, I taken up every other step, leaving the mask on for 7 minutes, as I was more partial to leaving the mask for not too long but long enough the mask would deeply nourish my skin. I washed it off and looked into the mirror. The mask had the effect of about 2 seconds and then my spots, pores popped back up again.๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

For my own part, the mask hadn't worked as well as I would've desired. As far as I am concerned, I did not perceive any results or changes in my skin after using the mask which was very disappointing. Additionally, I checked the reviews for this product on their website and the majority of ratings had really saw results with their skin after using this product, content with the effect. If you ask me...not so much. So there is my review. I warn you that it may not work for all skin types. My mum feels like  have normal skin but I feel it can grow really dry.

  3. Ah! I'm sorry that you had higher expectations for this product. It's really unfortunate when you're let down! I often use facial mask and find that there's no difference (which makes me grateful because then it can't be a negative difference).
